The Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee is responsible for the Games organization in accordance with the provisions of the Olympic Charter and the Host-city contract. The Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee ensures that the requirements of the IOC and International Sports Federations are implemented at all stages of Games preparation.

The State Corporation “Olimpstroy” is engaged in the construction of Olympic venues and infrastructure. The main focus of the SC “Olimpstroy” is the management of engineering, surveying, design, construction, reconstruction and preparing Sochi 2014 venues for competition.
